Welcome to the Santa Maria-Bonita School District website. We are the largest school district in Santa Barbara County with about 17,500 pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade students. In the heart of the coastal agricultural area, we celebrate our families and the support they provide to the students of the District. Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Site Principal and in collaboration with District Office Administration, the Site Coach provides instructional leadership to support teachers in delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction. The coach works directly with teachers, utilizing a variety of coaching strategies to strengthen instruction, increase student engagement, and improve achievement for all learners.

Salary : $65,512 - $130,837
