Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on weekends only. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Maintain sign-in/sign-out logs
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff
• Ensure a calm, courteous, and professional front desk presence
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience in a healthcare or post-acute setting is a plus
