We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support daily non-clinical operations at The Lodge at Mills River. This role is essential in enhancing the comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience of our residents.
Important: This position does not involve direct patient care or clinical duties. Instead, PCAs provide essential supportive services that contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

- Ensure supplies (linens, cups, utensils) are stocked and accessible
- Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff
- Report any environmental concerns (spills, hazards, maintenance needs) promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or custodial services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality
