Senior Manager Experience Engineering, React
As a Senior Manager in Experience Engineering specializing in ReactJS, you will be responsible for building rich and responsive front-end applications. You will work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product owners to develop scalable user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive business impact.
Your Impact
Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using
ReactJS.
Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality
front-end code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
Integrate APIs and manage state using tools such as
Redux or Context API.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and modern JavaScript standards.
Participate in peer code reviews and ensure code quality through unit testing.
Stay up to date with front-end technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in
front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with front-end tooling and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery environments.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design techniques.
Knowledge of
web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Set yourself apart with:
Exposure to SSR frameworks like or Remix.
Experience in
Pharmaceutical
and knowledge of Content Workflow.
