.NET Architect – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Strong local preference)
Onsite: Every other week, Tue–Thu

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a large-scale .NET-based platform. This role requires strong hands-on engineering capability, expertise in modern .NET versions, and the ability to guide an offshore team. The Architect will ensure system scalability, API performance, integration quality, and code excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of a complex .NET-based system
- Build and enhance scalable .NET APIs and integrations
- Work closely with ReactJS front-end team for seamless integration
- Perform detailed code reviews and guide offshore developers
- Create technical specifications, documentation, and architectural diagrams
- Stay updated on latest .NET releases (ex: .NET 8, .NET 10 improvements)
- Mentor offshore teams and support onshore stakeholders
- Drive performance, reliability, and best coding practices
- Communicate complex technical concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience designing and building enterprise .NET solutions
- Experience across multiple .NET versions (ex: 3.5, 8, 9, etc.)
- Expertise in .NET API development, Entity Framework, system integration
- Deep understanding of database-to-code, N 1 anti-pattern, and optimization
- Hands-on coding skills (server-side .NET)
- Knowledge of ReactJS concepts and integration patterns
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working with offshore teams (India preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and DevOps
- Azure / Azure DevOps experience
- Database design and schema creation via code
- Experience delivering large-scale, distributed digital platforms
- Technical leadership across multiple geographies
Additional Details
- Strong preference for candidates local to Atlanta
- Onsite requirement: 3 days onsite (Tue–Thu), every other week
- Ability to travel if not local
