Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate – Data Migration with strong Endur ETRM expertise to support a critical data migration initiative for Shell’s Oil & Gas trading operations. This role will focus on migrating, validating, and reconciling trading, invoicing, and settlement data from legacy Endur versions to Endur v19 , ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data migration activities from legacy Endur systems to Endur v19 or higher.
Design and execute data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
Migrate and reconcile trading, invoicing, and settlement data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Validate Endur invoicing workflows, including billing events, charges, taxes, and ERP postings.
Partner with Trading, Risk, Back Office, Finance, and IT teams to meet business and audit requirements.
Perform reconciliation and data quality checks to minimize post-migration issues.
Create clear technical and functional documentation to support audit and compliance needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience migrating data from legacy Endur versions to Endur v19 .
6 years of data migration experience within ETRM/CTRM systems.
Hands-on Endur experience, specifically in Invoicing and Settlement modules.
Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas trading lifecycle (physical & financial trades, pricing, fees, logistics).
Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Python-based pipelines).
Expertise in data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with OpenJVS / OpenComponents and Endur reporting tools.
ERP integration exposure (SAP or Oracle) for invoice posting and reconciliation.
Knowledge of audit controls, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
