Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all surfaces, tables, and utensils are sanitized regularly.
- Assist with bussing tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction.
- Support food service operations by delivering orders promptly and accurately while adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Engage with guests courteously, providing attentive customer service and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Help with catering setup and breakdown for events, ensuring all items are prepared and presented professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining communication for seamless service.
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
