Our patent-pending lids are designed to protect the exact place customers sip from—addressing a long-overlooked gap in everyday beverage consumption. With a secure fit and innovative flip-top design, SANI-SIP™ enhances hygiene, reduces exposure to contaminants, and elevates the customer experience.
Our products are manufactured using recyclable and sustainable materials, offering an eco-conscious solution for cafés, distributors, and hospitality partners.
We are currently launching in Houston and building a network of early partner cafés through pilot programs, with the goal of scaling nationally through direct sales and distribution.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a commission-based, high-activity, on-site role based in Houston for a Sales Associate focused on field execution and revenue generation.
This role is built for someone who thrives on taking action, being in the field, and closing deals.
Responsibilities include:
* Visiting coffee shops and beverage businesses daily (in-person)
* Introducing and demonstrating SANI-SIP™ products
* Securing pilot program participation with café owners/managers
* Converting pilot programs into paid orders
* Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses
* Following up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
* Providing daily activity and sales updates
This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role where success is measured by:
* number of businesses engaged
* pilots secured
* orders closed

QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in face-to-face interactions
* Confidence in approaching and engaging business owners directly
* Proven ability (or clear potential) to convert conversations into sales
* Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
* Ability to manage time effectively while visiting multiple locations daily
* Comfortable working in a commission-based environment with performance-driven earnings
Preferred (but not required):
* Experience in sales, food & beverage, or hospitality
* Familiarity with CRM tools or basic lead tracking
* Background in customer-facing or service roles
