Bilingual English/Spanish Treasury Management Officer
Hybrid 4 days in office, located in Doral
**Primary Duties: ** Bilingual English/Spanish Treasury Management Officer
- Identify, analyze, sell, and support treasury management products for business customers.
- Collaborate with account officers to provide banking solutions.
- Enhance customer retention through superior service during all sales phases.
- Contribute to deposit growth by generating revenue from treasury products.
- Evaluate product profitability based on customer usage and fees.
- Build customer relationships through regular visits and referrals.
- Train sales teams on treasury management products.
- Complete assigned annual training and perform additional duties as needed.
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
- **Experience:** 3-5 years in banking, preferably in Cash Management or Treasury.
Must have experience selling products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and ethically

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
