Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process and track rent checks and tenant payments
- Work with the company's property management system, including tenant billing statements
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests across multiple properties
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Answer phones, screen calls, relay messages, and direct inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Perform occasional errands and general office support as needed
Qualifications
- Prior real estate experience preferred (commercial a strong plus)
- Lease administration or leasing experience a plus
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Strong phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Interest in real estate, property management, marketing, or investments is a plus
