- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
- Active Arizona SLP License or Compact License (Required)
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred (not required)
