Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' quality of life by providing and directing comprehensive physical therapy services. This includes assessments, treatment planning and implementation, progress tracking, documentation, and communication—all while working under physicians' orders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess guests’ physical abilities and design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, function, and overall well-being.
• Accurately document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes using RehabOptima.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Educate guests and families on therapeutic techniques for sustained results.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Certification:
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.

• Licensure:
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
