Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations and support clinical staff
- Lead and monitor infection prevention and control programs
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Conduct audits, staff education, and infection tracking/reporting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety and quality outcomes
- Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Active RN or LPN license (Arizona)
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Infection Prevention experience preferred (IP certification a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements
