Your Role as a Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active Arizona PT License or Compact License (Required)
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred (not required)
