- Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.
- Current certification/licensure as a COTA in the state of Arizona.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing environment.
- Previous experience in a SNF or rehab setting preferred but not required.
