Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. What You'll Do
- Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting
- Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Arizona COTA License
- Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
