Depending on experience, you'll make $20.00 - $23.00/hour.

Our Assistant Property Manager is the bridge between our tenants and our property management team, ensuring residents' needs are met and all leasing requirements are fulfilled. You'll need a personable and helpful attitude with a knack for solving problems and a heart for customer service. Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
Leasing and Tenant Relations
- Quickly and professionally responding to phone, email, and in-person leasing questions
- Scheduling and leading property showings
- Completing prospective tenant applications, gathering required documents, and performing basic screenings
- Coordinating apartment move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance as needed
- Following up with tenants to ensure maintenance services are fully completed
- Preparing residential and commercial leases
- Presenting lease renewals for review and approval
- Collecting, posting, and forwarding rent, security deposits, and other payments
- Refining existing policies and implementing new procedures
- Communicating with owners about maintenance requests, project estimates, and contractor scheduling
- Updating tenant records in our property management system
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records
- Completing data entry for tenants, owners, transactions, and property records
