WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
You effectively coordinate high-quality maintenance services and provide administrative support to the property management team. You manage work orders, communicate with tenants about maintenance requests, and organize preventative maintenance schedules and inspections. You also handle vendor relations, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with bidding for major projects. By accurately entering maintenance data, tracking expenses, and preparing reports, you ensure operations meet company standards and regulatory compliance, contributing to the smooth operation, safety, and satisfaction of owners and tenants.
