Powersports Sales Associate

Are you someone who thrives on connecting with people and sharing your passion for the outdoors? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect ATV, motorcycle, side-by-side, snowmobile, or boat to fuel their adventures.
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and handle inbound calls with professionalism
- Guide customers through the sales process for major units (ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, boats)
- Accurately enter deals into the DMS and ensure all required information is complete before final paperwork
- Assist with parts lookups and add-ons, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Deliver sold units with a thorough walk-through and orientation
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
- Prep units (including light cleaning) for customer presentation
- Assist with product knowledge and questions for both parts and major units
- Perform additional tasks to support the sales department as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will:

- Be dependable, organized, and accountable for the store schedule
- Have prior sales experience (powersports or auto industry experience strongly preferred)
- Be personally passionate about powersports and outdoor recreation
- Be driven to help customers get the most out of their machines and adventures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
