What are the responsibilities and job description for the ON SITE Identity and Access Management Professional Team Lead position at Sandoval Technology Solutions LLC?
Required / Strongly Desired
Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary technical team and overall task-order performance.
Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government program/project managers.
Manage staffing, schedule, cost/performance, risks, issues, deliverables, and transition activities.
Support Agile delivery, stakeholder meetings, backlog/milestone management, incremental releases, patch/hotfix coordination, and technical deployments.
Manage weekly/monthly reporting, quality assurance, performance metrics, and Government communications.
Federal cybersecurity, IAM, DevSecOps, cloud, or enterprise IT delivery experience strongly preferred.
Preferred / Resume Emphasis
PMP, Scrum/Agile, ITIL or similar certifications are beneficial.
Experience managing teams of roughly 9 FTE or efforts of comparable complexity is preferred.
