Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple community engagement campaigns. Campaigns may include content development, public relations tactics, and brand activation events.
The Social Media Manager is a key member of the Sandlot team and must be a positive brand advocate for our clients. A crucial part of this role is the willingness to research and understand our clients and their business models as they span across diverse communities and industries.
You will work closely with the Junior Copywriter Art Director to ensure campaigns run on schedule and on budget, and you must be able to recognize and resolve problems before they arise.
Job Responsibilities:

Build content calendars and oversee day-to-day management of campaigns to ensure brand consistency

Write on-brand copy that represents our client’s needs and platform
Create engaging written content across social platforms and work with the Sandlot creative team to develop visual assets

Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to
increase traffic

Monitor social media engagement and conversations

Track and report social media engagement

Ensure that creative assets conform to brand standards

Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing
campaigns

Keep abreast of current trends in marketing, specifically social media
Research, define and locate target audiences and learn what mediums the target audience uses
Requirements:
1-5 years experience required managing multiple social media accounts on various platforms.
