Role Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing AgSwag's social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility. Key responsibilities include planning and executing content strategies across all platforms, managing content calendars, writing compelling posts, engaging with our audience and potential clients, planning photoshoots, and analyzing performance metrics. Staying ahead of trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table is important for this position. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience developing and executing Content Strategies
- Experience with content creation tools (Adobe, Canva, video editing, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Detail-oriented and time management skills
- Experience in the agricultural industry or promotional products is a plus
