Requirements of this Senior Project Manager role:
- 8 years’ experience in an independent Project Manager role on ground-up builds
- Management of project financials, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Previous subcontract agreement, procurement, change orders, owner changes and subcontractor change experience
- Ability to develop, manage and recover project schedules
- Effective at communicating with owners, architects and consultants
- Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, business or an equivalent experience
- Experience with SWPPP management preferred
