Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- Degree in construction management or industry related degree
- 5 years’ experience in a project manager role on commercial construction projects
- Ability to develop budgets, schedules, and sub-contractor buy-outs
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and other computer software
