As a Superintendent you will:

• Lead from the front every day, setting the pace, expectations, and culture for everyone working on the jobsite
• Take ownership of manpower planning and resource allocation, ensuring crews, equipment, and materials are positioned for maximum productivity
• Play a critical role in maintaining client confidence, serving as the day-to-day face of the project and building trust through consistent execution

Requirements of this Superintendent role:

• 5 years’ experience in a Superintendent role, leading TI and ground-up projects in New Mexico
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively manage sub-contractors, schedules, safety meetings and OAC meetings
• OSHA 30 certification
• Weekly reposting to Project Managers
