Requirements of this Senior Superintendent role:
- Previous experience on ground-up multi-floor construction projects up to $50M
- Ability to build and maintain schedules with both short and long lead times
- 10 years’ experience in a Senior Superintendent role
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite
- OSHA 30 certification
