Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- 5 years’ experience on large ground-up commercial, mixed-use, multifamily and affordable-housing projects
- Industry related degree
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate
- Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, build schedules and perform effective value engineering
- Have established subcontractor relationships
- Proficiency in Procore, Excel, MS project and other construction software
- Design review and interpretation skillset
