Requirements of this Preconstruction Manager role:
- 10 years’ experience in a construction role
- Focus on hard-bid ground-up projects up to $100M
- Ability to read and understand frontend documents
- Must have performed detailed scoping and subcontractor buyout
- Strong understanding of the scheduling process
- 5 years’ estimation and budgeting experience on large ground-up projects
- OSHPD/HCAI and DSA project experience a plus
- 4-year degree strongly preferred
- Be a “doer” and not just a “reviewer” when it comes to putting together bid packages
- Be self-motivated and self-reliant with strong written and verbal communication skills
