Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- 5 years’ commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields required
- Knowledge of construction cycle from estimating to completion
- Ability to work with, mentor and motivate teams
- Solid knowledge of fast-scheduled projects, estimating and quantity take-offs
- Regular travel to sites while maintaining home office presence
- Must reside in or relocate to Gurnee, IL area
