Requirements of this Director of Preconstruction role:
- 12 years’ commercial estimating experience on projects over $40M
- Ability to produce conceptual and detailed estimates and then translate to estimation/precon teams
- Four-year degree strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent the company in presentations to clients
