Role Description
This is a full-time in person or hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Attorney with work-from-home flexibility. The Civil Litigation Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing court cases, drafting and filing motions, conducting trials, and taking depositions. The attorney will work closely with clients and other legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Court procedures
- Experience drafting and filing Motions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California Bar
- 3-5 Years plus experience in litigation defense.
