Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager – Beach Club supports senior leadership in overseeing all aspects of operations at Sandestin’s exclusive, members-only Beach Club. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining the elevated standards expected by our members and guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager in the daily management of Beach Club operations.
- Provide floor leadership during service, ensuring consistent execution of elevated service standards and member satisfaction.
- Foster member engagement and relations, cultivating a welcoming, exclusive atmosphere for all guests.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff to promote staff development and a positive team culture.
- Oversee operational logistics, ensuring smooth operational flow and attention to detail in all service areas.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets and financial targets through effective financial and business acumen.
- Maintain strict compliance with resort policies, health and safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to ensure pristine facility conditions.
- Support the planning and execution of Beach Club events, promotions, and member activities.
- Demonstrate leadership visibility through active engagement with staff and members during all operational hours.
- Contribute to strategic oversight and long-term planning to enhance the Beach Club’s performance and guest experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the continued success of the Beach Club and Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury resort, private club, or high-volume F&B operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Experience with POS and scheduling systems preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a beachfront environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for up to 8 hours or more.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions as required.
