Barista/ Cafe'

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including bakery displays and café counters.
• Restock supplies, baked goods, and beverage ingredients to ensure the café remains inviting and well-stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving customers and preparing orders.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving standards.
• Experience in food preparation or café operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate. Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
