Sandbox at Goddard is seeking an experienced and engaging Pickleball Pro to lead and grow our pickleball programming. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, community building, and competitive play.
Key Responsibilities
Run and manage Open Play and Point Play sessions
Organize and oversee leagues and tournaments
Lead structured drills and skills clinics for all experience levels
Provide private and semi-private lessons
Assist with player development and overall pickleball experience
Collaborate with management on scheduling, promotions, and special events
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and fun environment on the courts
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, strategy, and game flow
Prior experience teaching, coaching, or leading pickleball programming preferred
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading groups
Tournament or competitive play experience a plus
