Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the full M&A process from initial evaluation through closing, partnering with senior team members on execution
- Assist in building financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential transactions to support the final framework of deal structuring, including cash/equity mix, earnouts, and forgivable loan frameworks
- Build and refine financial models and valuation analyses, with a focus on risk-adjusted outcomes
- Contribute to due diligence efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial, operational, and legal information
- Help identify key risks and considerations and translate findings for internal stakeholders
- Prepare materials such as investment summaries, presentations, and deal updates for senior leadership review
- Participate in calls and meetings with prospective partner firms and sellers alongside senior leadership, helping guide them through the transaction
- Support and participate in negotiations, bringing a practical and solutions-oriented approach
- Help track deal pipeline activity and maintain organized documentation across active opportunities
- Assist with post-close integration efforts and ongoing performance tracking
- 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or transaction advisory in an RIA
- Prior experience working on an RIA deal team is required (buy-side, sell-side, or advisory capacity)
- Foundational experience supporting transactions, financial analysis, or due diligence processes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail Understanding of deal structures (i.e. earnouts, equity, cash considerations) and ability to identify key risks with a desire to deepen experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals
- Experience in wealth management / RIA space
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or transaction advisory in an RIA
- Prior experience working on an RIA deal team is required (buy-side, sell-side, or advisory capacity)
- Foundational experience supporting transactions, financial analysis, or due diligence processes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail Understanding of deal structures (i.e. earnouts, equity, cash considerations) and ability to identify key risks with a desire to deepen experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field required
- Strong academic foundation in financial analysis, valuation, or corporate finance preferred
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required
