We’re looking for a sharp, driven Corporate Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. This is an opportunity to step out of a purely advisory role and into a position where your work directly influences business decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Partner on company-wide strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, portfolio optimization, and growth strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Build and refine financial models to support key decisions, including operating forecasts, investment cases, and scenario analysis
- Evaluate capital allocation across organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Support the full lifecycle of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
- Assist with diligence, valuation, and integration planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive execution
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to break down complex, unstructured problems and turn them into clear recommendations
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Direct exposure to executive leadership
- Meaningful ownership and real impact on business decisions
- Broad experience across strategy, M&A, and capital allocation
- A chance to move from analysis to execution in a fast-paced environment
