This is a full-time on-site role for an Eligibility Specialist based in Phoenix, AZ. The Eligibility Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and navigating insurance or Medicaid options. Daily tasks include working closely with clients to determine eligibility for services, facilitating applications, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Human Services practices and the ability to provide empathetic support
- Experience with Medicaid and Insurance processes, including eligibility and application requirements
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex documentation and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site setting
- Previous experience in healthcare or addiction recovery services is a plus
