Position Summary: The Assistant Grant Coordinator supports new clients housed at Rosemont through the initial housing grant application and survey process. This position works closely with the Grant Coordinator to ensure client data collection, documentation, and follow-up activities are completed according to program guidelines and timelines.

- Assist clients in completing initial housing grant applications and onboarding surveys.
- Ensure all required surveys are submitted no later than three days before or three days after their scheduled due date.
- Maintain regular communication with the Grant Coordinator regarding client progress and survey completion status.
- Report the completion of 30-day and 60-day client surveys to the Grant Coordinator accurately and promptly.
- Notify the Grant Coordinator of any client issues, including absences from housing due to misconduct, hospitalization, or other relevant factors.
- Review weekly lists provided by the Grant Coordinator and manage assigned client follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, survey submissions, and updates within the program's data management system.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with all program policies and reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in social services, housing assistance, or grant programs preferred.
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and time management.
- Background Check: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. This may include verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and other relevant information.
- Drug Screening: Candidates must pass a drug screening test as a condition of employment. This test will screen for the presence of illegal substances and may include random testing during employment.
- APS Registry: Candidates must pass an APS (Adult Protective Services) registry check before an offer of employment can be extended.
