Sanctuary Recovery Centers provides holistic and continuous care designed to support individuals on their path from addiction to recovery. We primarily serve community members diagnosed with substance use disorder, often in combination with co-occurring conditions.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Director at Sanctuary Recovery Centers, located in Phoenix, AZ. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership for staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical staff, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Expertise and background in Medicine, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health.
- Strong skills in Clinical Supervision and Psychology, including the ability to guide and mentor clinical teams effectively.
- Experience managing mental health and substance use treatment programs and strategies.
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related mental health, counseling, or medical field.
- Current licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
- Experience in addiction recovery care and co-occurring conditions is highly desirable.
