We’re seeking a sharp legal assistant for our busy and growing law firm who can help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and keep the office running smoothly. You’ll work with the team to prepare a variety of legal documents and handle office correspondence like answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and travel, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. To screen applicants, prior candidates with law firm experience will be given priority. Candidates will be given a written interview prior to an in-person interview.

Prior law firm experience preferred. This is a full-time position in Mission Valley. It is NOT a remote position. Please do not call our office.
