Human Services - Information Technology and Support Division is recruiting for Technology Support Specialist* who will perform a variety of technical, analytical, and administrative duties with minimal supervision in support of departmental and enterprise technology services. Incumbents support business operations using Microsoft M365 technologies and various systems to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, forms, presentations, and documentation in support of departmental initiatives and organizational needs.
Assignments may include supporting reporting and data analysis activities; assisting with inventory tracking, procurement coordination, and reconciliation activities; maintaining records and operational documentation; supporting collaboration and communication platforms; facilitating training support; and providing technical and customer assistance to staff and departments.
Positions may also assist with workflow support activities, organizational reporting, process coordination, and technology modernization efforts while interacting with technical, administrative, and professional staff across multiple departments.
Qualifying experience should demonstrate responsibilities related to one or more of the following:
- Reporting and data analysis
- Dashboard development or operational reporting
- Advanced documentation development
- Microsoft M365 collaboration technologies
- Inventory tracking or asset coordination
- Procurement or administrative technology support
- Customer or end-user support
- Training support or communication coordination
- Business process or organizational support activities
Experience must be clearly detailed in the Work Experience section of the application.

- Microsoft M365 cloud-based collaboration technologies
- Power BI dashboard development and reporting
- Data collection, analysis, and visualization
- Executive summaries and organizational reporting

- Workflow automation and process improvement
- Inventory tracking and asset management
- IT purchasing, procurement coordination, and reconciliation activities
- SAP or related enterprise systems
- Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
- AI-assisted productivity, reporting, and research
- Accessibility and ADA compliance support
- Training facilitation and end-user support
- Website, intranet, or digital content management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
