Licensure: | Valid Vocational Nurse License issued by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (CA BVNPT). |
Certification: | Valid Intravenous (IV) Therapy/Blood Withdrawal certification for LVN issued by a provider approved by the CA BVNPT. Valid Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). |
Experience: | One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinic or outpatient care work setting (e.g., home health, correctional nursing, hospice, skilled nursing, acute care facilities, etc.). |
