JOB SUMMARY
The Transportation Aide functions as an assistant to the licensed nurse. The role encompasses providing transport of patients, pre- and post-surgery, as well as patient care under the direction of the licensed nurse.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: None
Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.
License and Certifications: A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required.
Equipment: Computer
Physical Requirements: Able to complete the essential physical duties as noted on the job desciption.
PAY RANGE
$21.00 - $29.12
