MISSION
Manage the operational execution and continuous updating of content across Tiendas Ara’s website and mobile app, ensuring all published information is accurate, timely, and aligned with active campaigns and promotions.
Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to implement content changes efficiently and in line with business strategy. Additionally, support the administration and execution of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, contributing to the optimization of the digital user experience across web and app channels.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage and update content across website and mobile app platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business campaigns.
Coordinate with development, marketing, and design teams to implement content updates and improvements.
Ensure all promotional, informational, and product content reflects current campaigns and business priorities.
Support the setup, execution, and maintenance of journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Validate content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and correct user experience.
Monitor content updates and ensure timely execution based on campaign calendars.
Troubleshoot and support resolution of content-related issues in web and app environments.
Maintain clear documentation of content changes, updates, and publishing processes.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience in digital content management for web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
Understanding of digital campaigns, promotions, and content operations.
Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design).
Comfort working in fast-paced, operational environments with deadlines.
Basic understanding of user experience and digital journey logic.
