MISSION
Manage and grow brand social presence through the creation of organic audiovisual content, transforming creative concepts into short-form video pieces that authentically connect with communities across each platform.
Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of content, from trend identification to filming, editing, publishing, and interaction, ensuring cultural relevance, brand consistency, and high impact across TikTok, Reels, and Instagram.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Instagram, from ideation to final edit.
Film and edit content on-site (in-store, street, or other locations) following creative guidelines.
Execute trends and viral formats adapted to the brand’s tone.
Identify content opportunities and propose new formats based on trends.
Collaborate in the planning of shoots and productions.
Support UGC content creation and coordinate with creators when needed.
Edit content using professional and native tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci).
Ensure technical quality in every piece: audio, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience in audiovisual production focused on short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of platform-specific formats and content dynamics.
Ability to identify relevant trends in real time.
Capability to work with high volumes of content without compromising quality.
Comfort filming in different environments and conditions.
Strong visual storytelling skills (hook, development, and closing).
