The Night Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production and warehouse operations while maintaining high productivity, quality, and safety standards. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review orders as needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee logistics operations, including managing drivers and delivery schedules
- Supervise receiving activities; inspect incoming products for quality, grade, and size
- Oversee product processing and packaging to ensure adherence to company standards
- Ensure proper procedures and best practices are followed across all production areas
- Supervise and schedule warehouse personnel
- Manage inventory levels for both fresh and frozen products, including inventory control processes
- Communicate inventory status, incoming shipments, and product movement to the sales team
- Coordinate with purchasing to identify needs and assist with procurement as necessary
- Organize airport pickups and other logistical requirements
- Coordinate supply levels in partnership with the Facility Manager
- Operate a forklift and maintain certification
- Perform product handling tasks, including cutting fish, as needed
- Assist with deliveries when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and HACCP regulations in coordination with the Facility Manager
- Support maintenance of production equipment and facility upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
- Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
