Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- High school/Diploma
- Flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed.
- Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
- Experience in Metal casting/ Metal manufacturing/ Foundry experience is highly Preferred.
- 1 year of forklift driving.
- Ability to carry 50 Lbs., and to lift, up to 70 lbs. Occasionally
- Follow all safety rules and regulations as per company policy.
- Follow all work instructions and procedures.
- Work with Molten metal in foundry.
- Maintaining consistent metal flow to casting table throughout cast.
- Plugging and unplugging melting furnace.
- Help in all other pre and pro cast operations.
- Loading/unloading metal-logs in and out of the equipment.
Responsibilities

The pay for this position is $20.00 - $21.17. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
