We are seeking a diligent and proactive Data Security Administrator to join our team. As we manage complex architectural blueprints, proprietary designs, and sensitive project documentation, the integrity and security of our data are paramount. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fortifying our digital infrastructure, ensuring strict adherence to data security protocols, and providing comprehensive technical support to maintain operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing strict security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats and enforce robust data security.
- Creating user accounts and managing access control.
- Monitoring networks, servers and Internal IT platforms.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Documenting IT processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Providing cross-departmental technical IT support and resolving software/system VOCs by implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives including initial PC setup (hardware assembly/disassembly, formatting, and installing essential security software).
Qualifications
- At least one-year experience in a similar IT administration role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Proficient in MS office suites (with advanced Excel skills).
- A strong, uncompromising understanding of data security concepts and data protection principles.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to and understand internal company platforms, regulations, and policies.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills: 1) Experience with AWS environments is highly preferred. 2) Hands-on experience with AWS DCV VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) system is a strong plus. 3) Beginner-level understanding or familiarity with Autodesk software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is highly advantageous.
