The Electrical Design Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Design Team, ensuring seamless coordination between the electrical design and construction phases of our projects, with a strong focus on high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing facilities. This role requires a proficient, bilingual professional who can bridge communication gaps between our Texas and Korea-based teams, ensuring all electrical designs adhere to project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Checks design changes: Makes/Manages shop submittal & RFI (Request For Information)
- Coordination of electrical with other discipline
- Review electrical issue and shop submittal and RFI: Review and checks for issues / Review and checks for shop submittal / Review and checks for RFI
- Approves shop DWG: Check whether the coordination results are reflected in shop DWG
- Controls deliverables for client
- Checks as-built results
- Checks and manages the match between the installment and the design
Qualifications
- Completion of a two-year or higher Electrical college degree
- More than three-year experiences in construction company
- Experience of semiconductor construction site preferred
- BIM coordination experience preferred
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Required Skills
- Bilingual (Korean, English) required
- Be able to use CAD and PDF software and Microsoft document S/W
- Review/approves shop DWG and review RFI
- Make report for Teamwork
- BIM Software (Revit and Navisworks) skill preferred
