Job Objectives
• This position will do the hands on operation especially posting cash activities in the ERP system with some reconciliation of billing/payment and the SAP system and reporting functions as well.
• This position will support routine activities such as monthly, quarterly, yearly reports and month-end closings, Korean HQ support and audits.
Essential duties and responsibilities
· Post daily cash activities in ERP system.
· Reconciles all bank accounts and SAP cash balance.
· Ensures the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
· Ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close. Both FI and CO through SAP.
· Supports budget and forecasting activities.
· Support federal and state income tax, franchise tax, and quarterly tax requirements.
· Work closely with headquarters’ finance and accounting team through communication and reporting.
· Create and develop reports, presentations, disseminating information as needed.
· Handles confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner.
· Works independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
· Maintain communication with all levels of management within the company and outside vendors.
· Ensures timely disbursement of funds and supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
· Enters debits/credits, resolves billing/payment discrepancies.
· Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets to assist outside auditors in internal and external statement preparations.
· Supports the FI/FA Manager, Sr. manager on working with the CPA Firm to ensure a clean and timely yearend audit and tax matters.
· Provides training to new and existing team members as needed.
· Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Company
Qualifications/Requirements
· Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship
· Korean/English bilingual is highly desired. Korean-Fluent-Native; English-Intermediate to Fluent.
· BA/BS degree (with the major in: accounting, finance, business) and/or at least 0- maximum 5 Years of experience in accounting and hands on finance operation (experience working in a Korean company is a plus)
· Excellent mathematical skills: ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs a plus.
· Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
· Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner
· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
· Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
· Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP)
· Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems
· Has self-initiative that actively searches improvements but also a strong team player
· Exceptional attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
· Strong ability to multitask and complete deadlines. Must feel comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong time management skills
· Having strong ownership and having a proactive attitude with a risk-managing mindset

· International and multi-cultural experience is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
